Description

You will design and develop enterprise applications using Java EE platforms, owning the full lifecycle from object-oriented analysis to implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build web applications using JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC.
• Apply object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Java and JEE internals, including classloading, memory management, and transaction management.
• Implement test-driven development practices to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JEE.
• Experience with Spring Framework.
• Expertise in Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies like JPA2 and Hibernate.
• Experience with web frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis and design.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

Preferred Skills

• Sun Certified Java Developer credential.
