Description

Design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications and scalable APIs using Java, Spring, Angular, and Node.js.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex, scalable cloud-based software solutions and RESTful APIs.
• Make architectural decisions for cloud-based systems and service selection.
• Manage deployments using Kubernetes, Helm, and Jenkins following CI/CD best practices.
• Implement security and data protection protocols within cloud services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and optimize the performance of existing software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java 8+.
• 5+ years of experience developing cloud-native applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework, Node.js, and Angular.
• Expertise in both SQL and No-SQL database technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and Test-driven development (TDD).
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
