Responsibilities

• Drive technical direction and architecture discussions for complex systems.

• Coordinate offshore contractor teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate technical decisions and progress to product owners and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Proven experience designing complex systems.
• Experience managing offshore development teams.
• Strong technical leadership and design skills.
