Description

You will develop, maintain, and support mission-critical Java applications in a deadline-driven environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify mission-critical applications using advanced programming tools.
• Document code following standard procedures and perform peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with QA to execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with Architects and DBAs to implement logical and physical data models.
• Provide technical production support and resolve complex functional and technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with WSDL and SOAP.
• Experience with JAX-WS and XML-RPC.
• Working knowledge of JAXB and RESTWS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working within a full development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to assist in architectural decision-making and hardware requirement implementation across multiple platforms.
