Description

You will develop and support software for MDOT's Project Development and Maintenance programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy code within an agile development team.
• Collaborate with project managers, application owners, and resource managers.
• Build user interfaces and responsive applications alongside UI/UX team members.
• Perform complex software development tasks and organize work.
• Report to a project lead or manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java programming.
• 2+ years developing application user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 2+ years programming using the Spring framework.
• 2+ years developing with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years programming with JPA or Hibernate framework.
• 2+ years programming with SQL.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years programming with React.js.
• Experience in UI/UX design principles and standards.
