Description

Develop and maintain backend services and responsive user interfaces for the MMS Redesign and EDM schema projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize backend services using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Implement automated UI testing suites to ensure application stability.
• Manage data persistence and complex query optimization within PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+ preferred, JDK 17 knowledge is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience building REST and SOAP web services with JSON.
• Frontend development using recent versions of Angular.
• Database management with PostgreSQL and advanced SQL query optimization.
• Infrastructure and deployment experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Artifactory.

Preferred Skills

• UI automation experience using Selenium, Playwright, or Sauce Labs.
• Knowledge of JMS messaging via ActiveMQ or AMQ.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD practices using JUnit, Mockito, or Cucumber.
