Description

You will own the design and development of high-throughput, distributed backend systems, leveraging modern microservices architecture and AI-driven tools. This role demands deep expertise in Java concurrency, low-latency application performance, and NoSQL databases, with React as a secondary interface layer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, low-latency microservices in high-throughput environments.
• Implement robust concurrency and multithreading patterns in Java backend services.
• Utilize Agentic AI tools to accelerate the delivery of enterprise-level applications.
• Manage and optimize data storage using NoSQL solutions like Cassandra or MongoDB.
• Collaborate on frontend integration using React, ensuring seamless full-stack delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, strictly senior-level.
• Strong proficiency in Java, specifically deep knowledge of concurrency and multithreading.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure for distributed systems.
• Proven track record with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Experience building and deploying high-throughput, low-latency applications.
• Familiarity with React for secondary frontend requirements.
• Experience utilizing Agentic AI tools for enterprise application development.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Cassandra in addition to MongoDB.
