Description

You will design, implement, and enhance Java-based software applications and their web interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java-based software applications and enhancements.
• Develop Web 2.0 UIs using JavaScript-based technologies including jQuery and Angular.
• Create detailed design documentation and end-user guides.
• Troubleshoot software issues using an analytical approach.
• Participate in support rotations and occasional weekend work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Java enterprise development including J2EE, Spring, Tomcat, and Jetty.
• Frontend development with jQuery, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Web technologies including SOAP and REST.
• SQL databases and relational database design.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and competing priorities.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Business Objects, QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI REST APIs.
• Business Intelligence development in Crystal Reports or Power BI.
