Description

You will lead the development and delivery of secure, multi-platform financial applications for Global Trade Clearing and Primary Dealer Reporting platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of major application projects across multiple IT groups.
• Perform architectural design, technical analysis, and planning for medium to high complexity projects.
• Execute scoping, analysis, and database design for platform evolution.
• Collaborate within an agile squad to deliver results in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Communicate technical requirements and progress across technology, business, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Core Java with deep understanding of threading and memory management.
• Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• REST and SOAP services.
• SQL programming and relational database design.
• Unix/Linux environments.
• Object Oriented Programming and design patterns.
• Basic understanding of frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Computer Science degree (Bachelor/Masters).
• Messaging experience with MQ, JMS, or Kafka.
• Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
