Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems while guiding junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed systems using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Write clean, performant, testable, and reusable code with automated tests.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines following DevOps practices.
• Participate in refinement sessions to clarify and validate requirements.
• Guide junior developers and enforce high coding and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building distributed systems using agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, system resiliency, scalability, and security.
• Experience with high-volume messaging and REST-based middleware.
• Knowledge of database design (relational or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud-based development principles and DevOps tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Knowledge of Angular for front-end development.
• Familiarity with Kafka and MongoDB.
