Description

You will design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications, building backend services with Java and Python and responsive UIs using Angular or React. You own the release pipeline, implementing CI/CD with Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and deploy scalable architectures on AWS using EC2, Lambda, and EKS. You integrate identity and security via Okta federation (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC), manage secrets, and enforce secure coding standards. You collaborate with product owners and QA in Agile ceremonies to troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot/Microservices), Python, and Angular/React.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services and ensuring clean, documented code.
• Deploy and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services like EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions, automating builds, tests, and deployments.
• Configure Okta identity federation (SAML/OIDC) and enforce security best practices including RBAC and secret management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices) and Python.
• Experience with frontend frameworks: Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration with product owners.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
