Description

You will design and deliver high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle from concept to testing.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for high-traffic systems.
• Ensure all designs comply with technical specifications and prepare software component releases.
• Investigate new technologies and present alternatives for architectural review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven hands-on software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and Java EE platform development.
• Deep understanding of Java/JEE internals including classloading, memory management, and transaction management.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies such as JPA2 and Hibernate.
• Experience with the Spring Framework.
• Experience developing web applications using frameworks like JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC.
• Experience practicing test-driven development.
• Sun Certified Java Developer credentials.
