Serve as a senior hands-on engineer responsible for designing, building, and guiding delivery of scalable enterprise applications using full stack Java technologies, while partnering closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Strong Full Stack Java Technical Expertise
Demonstrated expertise in Java / J2EE, microservices, API development, distributed systems, modern UI frameworks, database technologies, and secure, resilient application design within large-scale enterprise environments.

Capital Markets and Enterprise Platform Experience
Proven experience working in complex financial services organizations, preferably across custody, collateral, settlement, digital assets, or other control-intensive capital markets platforms requiring strong auditability and operational rigor.

Architecture, Integration, and Control Mindset
Ability to contribute to solution architecture, system integration, data flows, reconciliation, and non-functional requirements including scalability, resiliency, observability, security, and compliance alignment.

Leadership, Collaboration, and Execution
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor engineers, drive technical quality, operate in fast-paced delivery environments, and balance immediate execution needs with long-term strategic design
