Description

You will build and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and Angular in a hybrid role based in Okemos, MI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework.
• Build modern frontend interfaces using Angular 8+, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Design and implement REST APIs using Jersey (JAX-RS).
• Manage data persistence and complex queries using SQL and PL/SQL within Oracle databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java and J2EE.
• In-depth knowledge of JVM and profiling tools.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Proficiency in Angular 8+, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Jersey (JAX-RS) for RESTful services.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database.

Preferred Skills

• Unix/Shell scripting and Docker containerization.
• Experience with caching technologies like Memcache or Redis.
