Description

Lead project teams through solution design, coding, testing, and integration for complex enterprise platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and outsourced partners through design, development, and integration stages.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with guidelines and mitigate failure risk.
• Drive the integration of new technologies into software application architectures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff.
• Design high-available, fault-tolerant systems running on multiple platform types.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong development skills in Java and Microservice Architecture.
• Mandatory front-end expertise using Angular and/or ReactJS.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript scripting.
• Experience designing and developing Restful APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL systems including Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience developing under Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience building systems using Jenkins, Salt, and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pair programming.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and WebSphere Portal Server.
