Description

You will design scalable systems and develop distributed services for a payment platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable systems using a microservices pattern.
• Build solid payment platform solutions through distributed service development.
• Own the software life cycle from requirements prioritization through to launch.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing business critical software using Enterprise Java/J2EE.
• Expert level of object-oriented programming analysis and design.
• Experience developing applications on Unix/Linux platforms.
• Experience implementing mini and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with servlet containers (e.g., Tomcat), Spring, and related technologies.
• Experience developing web services using JSON and XML.
• Deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms).
• Proficiency in software development processes, including code reviews and source control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building high-performance, linearly scalable production services.
• Experience deploying and operating services in AWS or other cloud environments.
