Description

You will build and maintain features for a compliance management platform within an Agile team, owning the full lifecycle of user interfaces from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize relational database models and performance.
• Collaborate with remote and local engineers across multiple projects.
• Communicate user needs and design solutions to internal teams and senior partners.
• Deliver mobile web, desktop, and app experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with dynamic or compiled programming languages.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases, specifically MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Aurora.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, and Javascript.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services and SaaS models.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Understanding of user-centered design processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying Lean and Agile principles to software development.
