You will build and maintain applications while bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Analyze data to interpret business needs and technical challenges.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
