Description

Develop and maintain n-tier applications using J2EE architecture, design patterns, and Oracle Identity components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement n-tier architectures covering UI, Business Logic, and Data Access layers.
• Execute the full application development lifecycle using SCRUM, from requirement analysis to quality assurance.
• Implement Object Oriented Design methodologies, SOA, and data modeling techniques.
• Manage cross-browser compatibility, progressive enhancement, and accessibility optimization.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and project schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant development or consulting experience.
• Proficiency in J2EE architecture, design patterns, and SOAP.
• Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
• Hands-on experience with EJB/RMI and Drupal.
• Strong understanding of SOA and data modeling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic Application Server, or Oracle Universal Directory.
• Previous Federal Consulting experience and knowledge of FISMA, FIPS, NIST, or FedRAMP.
• Understanding of cloud computing and Information Assurance concepts.
