You will develop and maintain backend-focused applications within the biotech and bioinformatics space.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage backend services using Java and RESTful APIs.
• Develop frontend components using AngularJS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data management.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Practical knowledge of designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience managing CI/CD workflows with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Git.
• Background working in biotech, pharma, or bioinformatics environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
