Description

You will own the design and delivery of loyalty member benefit products, with an 80% focus on backend services and 20% on frontend development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full software lifecycle, driving consensus on technical approaches and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain enterprise services using domain-driven design and test-driven development practices.
• Gather business requirements to build loyalty application services and resolve production issues through debugging and fixes.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure technical decisions support long-term enterprise growth.
• Implement security standards to protect customer data and research technologies to enhance process performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, preferably with Oracle Certification.
• Extensive experience with the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring JMS, Spring Cloud, and Spring REST.
• Frontend development skills using React JS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and web accessibility.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitActions for version control and CI/CD.
• Practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and test automation using Selenium and CA DevTest.
