Description

Design and develop high-availability, low-latency distributed systems using Java and React.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex applications using microservices architecture and reactive programming.
• Develop front-end interfaces using Node.js, React, and Redux.
• Execute application deployment and configuration on container platforms like OpenShift.
• Conduct code reviews and perform performance tuning for multi-tiered systems.
• Apply secure coding practices using JCA and TLS.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Java platform development, specifically Java 17.
• 6-9 years of experience with UI stacks including Node.js, React, and Redux.
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Microservices.
• Experience with Reactive/Parallel programming and functional programming.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle DB SQL and Couchbase DB.
• Experience with IBM MQ and testing frameworks like Cucumber, JUnit, and Mocking.
• Understanding of Cloud Native principles including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of cryptography principles including Symmetric/Asymmetric, Hashing, and RSA.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or GCP public cloud platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as ELK and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of the card payments industry.
