Lead the design, development, and testing of complex distributed digital platforms and business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital platforms, portals, and business systems within project timelines.
• Build backend application logic using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Integrate applications with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalability and performance.
• Develop prototypes through agile practices and evolve them into end products.
• Maintain clean code and follow established design principles and documentation standards.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of total technology experience.
• 4 years as a Java and Integration engineer.
• 3 years of project experience using Java Advanced and Java SpringBoot.
• Proven delivery of 1-2 end-to-end projects using Java and a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 1 year of experience leading a technical team.
• Deep expertise in Java Core, Java Advanced, and Java SpringBoot.
• Experience with microservices architecture, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Cloud-native development experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React JS or Angular JS.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to optimize, debug, and refactor code for web application performance.
