Description

Lead front-end architecture and development for enterprise web platforms, guiding engineering teams in delivering scalable user experiences. You will design responsive interfaces from scratch, optimize performance for mobile and desktop, and ensure strict adherence to design principles and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build front-end structures for enterprise web applications from the ground up.
• Lead technical direction for UI/UX implementation, mentoring other engineers on best practices.
• Develop reusable, scalable code components to enhance long-term maintainability and speed.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless responsiveness across devices.
• Integrate modern testing frameworks to validate user acceptance and deployment stability.

Required Skills

• 2-3+ years of experience building web application platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React for building complex front-end experiences.
• Experience with Angular as an alternative or complementary framework.
• Ability to lead front-end development initiatives and guide peer engineers.
• Proficiency in responsive and adaptive design principles for mobile optimization.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks (Java, Python) is a strong secondary preference.
• Understanding of SEO principles and semantic markup for web pages.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for secondary backend development tasks.
• Familiarity with modern UAT tools and testing frameworks for web deployments.
