You will design and lead the development of cognitive conversational AI solutions and full-stack applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions, defining low-level technical requirements and specifications.
• Lead onshore and offshore delivery teams, overseeing code reviews, unit testing, and data handling.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs, breaking down Agile stories and tasks.
• Drive engineering improvements through automation, performance optimization, and security testing.
• Mentor engineers and manage code assets to promote reuse of enterprise-approved libraries.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Staff Software Development Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, CSS, Python, and HTML.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Node.js.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-performance Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience deploying applications to the cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with Jenkins, Octopus, or GitHub.
• Experience building conversational AI chatbots using AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
• Knowledge of IBM Watson and other chatbot development platforms.
• Understanding of data security practices and PCI data governance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting technical solutions to management and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets to solve technical issues.
