You will lead the design and development of cognitive-enabled conversational solutions using AI technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions, defining low-level requirements and technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore delivery teams, overseeing code reviews, unit testing, and data handling.
• Break down Agile features into actionable stories and tasks to support delivery teams.
• Oversee production implementations and identify opportunities for performance, security, and accessibility testing.
• Drive engineering improvements through automation, performance optimization, and code quality enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, or Node.js.
• 5+ years in a technical or delivery leadership role within Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience deploying applications integrated with cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with open-source automation servers such as Jenkins, Octopus, or GitHub.
• 5+ years of experience with API integration tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Experience building conversational AI chatbots using AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
• Knowledge of IBM Watson or other chatbot development platforms.
• Understanding of data security practices and PCI data governance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting technical solutions to software engineers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
