Lead technical delivery and mentor engineers across the full web technology stack. Own the implementation of complex features and drive code quality through automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in understanding and implementing high-value features and requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members in technical domains and best practices.
• Proactively improve client-side performance and optimize web technology stacks.
• Drive TDD practices and ensure high code quality through automated testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Advanced frontend experience with React JS and modern CSS architecture (BEM, SMACSS, or OOCSS).
• Hands-on AWS development experience including EC2, Lambda, Kinesis, S3, and RDS.
• Proficiency with streaming platforms such as Kafka and Amazon Kinesis.
• Experience with both Relational and NoSQL databases.
• DevOps experience using Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, cookies, headers, and asset loading/caching.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with unit/functional testing frameworks like Jasmine or Karma.
• Proven record with Node.js and JavaScript task runners like Grunt.js or Gulp.js.
