Description

You will lead technical delivery and mentor engineers while overseeing full-stack development across Java and React ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in implementing high-value features and technical requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members in technical domains and best practices.
• Optimize client-side performance and improve system efficiency.
• Drive TDD practices and automated testing across the stack.
• Manage end-to-end development using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong frontend expertise in React JS and modern CSS architecture (BEM, SMACSS, or OOCSS).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, Kinesis, S3, RDS, and ELB.
• Proficiency with streaming platforms such as Kafka and Amazon Kinesis.
• Experience managing both Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Proven experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine or Karma.
• Understanding of the full web stack including HTTP, cookies, headers, and asset caching.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js and task runners like Grunt.js or Gulp.js.
• Background in using Yeoman, npm, or Bower.
