Description

Lead full-stack engineering for scalable enterprise applications, owning architecture, hands-on development, and offshore team coordination.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React/TypeScript.
• Write 50–70% of production code while reviewing technical designs and APIs.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native best practices.
• Coordinate offshore teams to ensure clear task breakdowns and timely delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product owners and architects.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 6–10+ years in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• 4–7+ years with React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
• Strong understanding of API design, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Proficiency in state management (Redux or Context API) and responsive UI design.
• Proven ability to lead onshore/offshore teams in Agile environments.
