Description

Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale cybersecurity applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure, high-quality software solutions, integrating secure coding practices and partnering with cybersecurity teams on risk mitigation.
• Develop APIs and data integrations using GraphQL, MongoDB, and SQL (MSSQL preferred).
• Deploy and operate solutions on Kubernetes using configuration as code (YAML/TOML) and support CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Lead projects, mentor peers, and establish engineering standards for complex, enterprise-level technology solutions.
• Review and analyze technical challenges, evaluating multiple factors to resolve tactical and strategic business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proficiency in GraphQL, MongoDB, and SQL (MSSQL).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and cybersecurity principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with large-scale data sets and system administration.
• Ability to collaborate across architecture, engineering, and external industry groups.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with secure coding tools (Black Duck, Checkmarx) and artifact repositories (Artifactory/Nexus).
• Familiarity with Python, Java, Go, Rust, or C++ for automation and support.
• Experience with GCP, Postgres, Firestore, or enterprise UI libraries like Kendo.
