Description

You will develop and scale responsive web applications and services across the full stack, translating business requirements into technical implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build highly scalable web applications and services using JavaScript, C#, and TypeScript.
• Design and tune applications to ensure high scalability and performance.
• Write shared, reusable components to maintain architectural consistency.
• Collaborate within a large development team using SCRUM and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience covering front-end, business logic, and data access layers.
• 7+ years with JavaScript (ES6, ECMAScript modules), C#, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, ASP.NET, AJAX, WCF, Python, and Jinja2.
• 4+ years of extensive experience with Python using the Django framework and Jinja2.
• Significant experience building scalable web services using Web API.
• Extensive experience with CSS and Semantic HTML (HTML5, DHTML, XHTML).
• Experience with Node.js and asm.js.
• Experience with modern deployment and testing practices.
• Proven track record working for US-based companies within the US.
• Recent experience (within the last 3 years) working for a major insurance company.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years tenure in previous roles.
