Job Duties:

• Provide strong technical guidance to the team and collaborate with stakeholders to understand scope, address issues, and deliver the right solutions.
• Possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in React, JavaScript, and Struts frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Spring/Spring Boot and JDK 17/21.
• Strong expertise in Docker Swarm and Docker Containers.
• Solid understanding of AWS services and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab for collaboration and DevOps coordination.
• Deep knowledge of Hibernate/JPA for persistence layer implementation.
• Strong understanding of multithreading concepts and their application in Java.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing Oracle database queries.
• Expertise in Performance Engineering across both application and database layers.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Cloudflare and Okta for authentication solutions
