Description

You will lead the technical direction of the development team and define solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to the team and coordinate across groups to resolve issues and meet delivery goals.
• Own the design and implementation of persistence layers using Hibernate/JPA.
• Engineer and optimize application and database performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Spring/Spring Boot and JDK 17/21.
• Proficiency with React and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Struts Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Docker Containers and Docker Swarm.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing Oracle database queries.
• Experience with Gitlab for DevOps coordination.
• Understanding of multi-threading concepts in Java.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Cloudflare.
• Familiarity with Okta for authentication.
