Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications while managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of web applications.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver technical solutions.
• Implement unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
• Oversee deployment processes and manage production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and React.js.
• Deep knowledge of React.js core concepts including Components, JSX, Lifecycle, Hooks, Routing, and Styling.
• Experience with Redux fundamentals, State Management, Middleware, and RTK.
• Expertise in JavaScript, async programming, and API development.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience with Microservice architecture, containerization, and deployment.
• Ability to use ORMs and manage package dependencies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating React with external libraries.
