Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications while managing a small team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable web applications.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers.
• Implement unit and integration testing for code quality.
• Oversee deployment processes and production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and React.js.
• Deep knowledge of React core: Components, JSX, Lifecycle, Hooks, Routing, Styling.
• Experience with Redux: State Management, Middleware, RTK.
• Expertise in JavaScript, async programming, and API development.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Microservices, containerization, and ORMs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating React with external libraries.
