Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using WordPress, PHP, and ReactJS.
• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with Application and Platform teams, managing Hyper-Care support and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers during sprint cycles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, and REST API.
• Strong command of PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP).
• Expertise in ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture).
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery for UI development.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with MySQL and Jira.
• Experience leading development or support teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS.
