Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable software applications while mentoring a development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead software architecture design focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, and Kafka.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using Vue.js and Freemarker Web Components.
• Mentor developers through regular code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements, estimate tasks, and mitigate delivery risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Cassandra and Oracle SQL.
• Experience implementing messaging systems with Kafka.
• Proficiency in frontend development using Vue.js and Freemarker Web Components.
• Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
