Description

Lead a multi-functional development team in building cloud-native, high-volume, low-latency order entry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and development of mission-critical applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, and MS SQL Server.
• Translate business problem statements from Product Owners into technical solutions and actionable sprint plans.
• Coordinate solution designs with Architecture, Data, and Infrastructure leaders to optimize speed to market.
• Perform technical risk assessments and document formal recommendations.
• Coach the team on technical documentation following SDLC guidelines once production builds commence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server or other RDBMS.
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years of AWS experience, specifically with containers and serverless technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, jQuery, CSS, Semantic HTML, and Responsive Design.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data modeling, and design patterns.
• Experience with designing, refactoring, and unit testing.
• Hands-on experience with Git or Visual Studio.
• Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile development processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating applications from on-premise environments to AWS.
