Description

Lead full-stack development and architecture for microservices-based applications on Azure, guiding the team through the entire project lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and architectural leadership, resolving complex technical challenges and guiding the team on best practices.
• Architect solutions, create system integration and architecture design documents, and participate in program-level architectural discussions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, manage system dependencies, and assist in defining feature priorities.
• Drive team productivity, guide accurate estimation, and establish PI objectives during planning meetings.
• Research new technologies, lead proof-of-concepts, and recommend skill enhancements for the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical leadership experience in full-stack development and digital technologies.
• Expertise in building microservices using Kotlin, Ktor, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Web Apps, Containers, Functions, and PaaS components like Azure Databases and Redis Cache.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS, and state management frameworks like NGRX or Redux.
• Experience with event-based systems and messaging frameworks such as Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Working knowledge of Postgres SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience with SAFe methodology and working with middle to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, UML, JUnit, and mocking frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Retail and Logistics domain.
• Familiarity with progressive web applications (PWA) and service workers.
