Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions within the Contact Centre domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and customer requirements into detailed design specifications and high-quality code.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including unit testing, documentation, and final delivery.
• Perform root-cause analysis and diagnosis for production issues to ensure defect-free software.
• Develop new algorithms and data structures while adhering to security, logging, and performance standards.
• Manage small projects and specific deliverables to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Web Services (REST APIs).
• Hands-on experience with WebApp, JSP, and Maven.
• Proficiency using Jira for project tracking.
• Experience with testing and logging frameworks including JUnit and Log4j.
• Ability to design supportable, scalable systems aligned with architectural patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Contact Centre domain using Nuance Development Framework (NDF) or Genesys Composer.
• Knowledge of Speech Recognition grammar development (GRXML) or chatbot technologies.
