Description

You will lead development teams in implementing technical solutions, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams on technical implementation and architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior developers to improve engineering standards.
• Drive the adoption of new software platforms and technical methodologies.
• Support production releases and maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Java and J2EE.
• Extensive experience with Spring Cloud and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Kafka, Docker, and WebLogic.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of Git and SVN for version control.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, and Stash.
• Strong database knowledge, specifically PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
