Lead technical scope planning, sprint deliveries, and end-to-end project execution while enforcing development best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices and processes.
• Plan technical scope, estimate efforts, and identify project risks.
• Design and implement microservices architectures and RESTful web services.
• Automate development processes including unit, functional, and continuous integration testing.
• Manage customer engagement areas and provide technical support to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in React.js, Redux, Flux architecture, and React Native.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Java (Java 8, 11, or 17) and J2EE.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Mandatory expertise in NodeJS backend development.
• Experience with MEAN stack and Angular.
• Proficiency in AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, EKS, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, and SOA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guidewire platform or COE skills.
