Description

Lead full-stack development initiatives with a focus on AI-augmented engineering workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable client-side and server-side applications.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Gemini) into daily coding and debugging workflows.
• Evaluate the trade-offs between AI-accelerated development and traditional engineering approaches.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers on effective use of agentic AI tools for productivity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one client-side framework (Angular preferred).
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language (.NET/C# preferred).
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Ability to articulate specific use cases and limitations of AI tools in real-world development.
• Strong understanding of AWS or major cloud providers.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise in .NET and Angular.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or productivity tools.
• Background in infrastructure as code (IaC).
