Lead hands-on DevOps, production support, and full-stack development initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps and production support activities as a hands-on technical lead.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams for impact analysis.
• Coordinate execution with offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to architectural design and implement user stories.
• Deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines and provide rotational on-call support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Stored Procedures.
• Experience with front-end technologies including Angular or ReactJS.
• Expertise in microservices development, coding, and deployment.
• Proven experience leading a DevOps team.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Proficiency with version control systems including Git or TFS.
• Experience managing container orchestration via OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving process improvements and taking ownership of production issues.
