You will modernize legacy applications and maintain backend systems in a hybrid environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Modernize legacy applications and migrate existing interfaces within legacy codebases.
• Develop and maintain APIs using SOAP and REST protocols.
• Manage hybrid database environments across on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement application security, including secure network communications and coding practices.
• Optimize application performance and manage batch processing and job scheduling.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Full Stack development experience with heavy backend emphasis.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL Server in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
• 6+ years of experience with server-side event-driven programming and event handlers.
• Proven experience with SOAP and REST API development.
• Proficiency with Stored Procedures, batch processing, and queues.
• Experience handling sensitive data in compliance with security requirements.
• Background in application security and performance optimization.
