Description

You will serve as the Technical Lead for Customer Identification Process (CIP) initiatives, combining hands-on development with technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of CIP solutions using C#.NET.
• Implement and maintain BPM systems including Camunda, Pega, or Appian to support KYC/AML workflows.
• Provide hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and compliance teams to define system requirements and technical roadmaps.
• Manage technical delivery schedules, code quality, and release processes within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a C#.NET full stack developer.
• Proven leadership or technical management experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with BPM platforms such as Camunda, Pega, or Appian.
• Strong background in financial services, specifically KYC/AML processes.
• Proficiency with Web Services and API design.
• Solid understanding of database design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
