You will design and develop scalable APIs, integrations, and event-driven services for the Talent Productivity Engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable APIs and integrations.
• Build event-driven services using microservices architecture.
• Implement API design, routing, and middleware.
• Manage state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in Python or Node.js for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Azure cloud environment.
• Experience with REST Web Services and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with JSON, REST, and WebSocket communication.
• Knowledge of database systems like Microsoft SQL or Postgres.
• Experience with Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAP services.
