Description

We’re seeking a Full Stack .NET / Java / Front-End Developer to support enterprise application development and modernization of a State Integrated Eligibility System (IES).

Must-Have Skills
8–10 years of professional software development experience

MANDATORY: Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) experience, preferably within Health & Human Services programs
Strong Full Stack Development experience
Hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, Java/J2EE, and Spring Boot
Strong experience with Microservices, SOA, Docker, and OpenShift
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks
Strong JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, or React experience
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, and CI/CD
Experience with Agile/Scrum, unit testing, TDD, and code reviews

What You’ll Do
Develop enterprise applications using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Build responsive front-end applications using JavaScript, Angular, React, and jQuery
Design and integrate Web Services and APIs
Work with SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases
Perform unit testing, automated testing, and code reviews
Collaborate with architects, technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders
Apply Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices
Support the modernization of the New York State Integrated Eligibility System (IES)
