Description

You will define and build software as an expert full-stack contributor on an Agile team, leading engineers to design, develop, and test scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce stable and high-performing applications from scratch.
• Contribute to the entire lifecycle of a user story, focusing on coding, unit testing, and deployment pipeline automation within Agile methodologies.
• Define high-level technical designs with other developers, adhering to architectural guidelines.
• Research and integrate new technologies and processes for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior software engineers and help foster a high-performing, self-organized team.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive software experience and 3+ years in a lead capacity.
• Hands-on experience building UI applications with React or Angular using ASP.Net, .NET Core, C#, Web API, or MVC.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with cloud providers (Azure or AWS).
• Experience implementing microservices architecture with a strong grasp of Bounded Contexts (DDD).
• Experience with containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Demonstrated experience with message brokers (e.g., Azure Service Bus/RabbitMQ) for event-driven applications.
• Experience guiding teams using TDD/BDD practices and maintaining code coverage.
• Knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices and creating/maintaining DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database queries and EFCore ORM.
• Strong understanding of design and integration patterns, including Microservices.
• Familiarity with Authentication and Authorization best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience extracting microservices from monolith applications.
• Experience writing automated unit tests with SpecFlow.
