Description

Lead engineers to design, develop, and test scalable full-stack systems on an Agile team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level technical designs and adhere to architectural guidelines.
• Build stable, scalable applications using React or Angular with .NET Core and C#.
• Automate deployment pipelines and implement DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide teams in TDD/BDD and code quality.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive software experience with 3+ years in a lead capacity.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular, ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and Web API.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and EFCore ORM for relational and non-relational data.
• Proficiency with Azure or AWS cloud providers.
• Strong grasp of microservices architecture, Bounded Contexts, and DDD.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and containerized applications.
• Experience with message brokers like Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience extracting microservices from monolith applications.
• Experience writing automated unit tests with SpecFlow.
